As usual, it’s been a bizarre week on The Scott Mills Show. However *cue sad music* something felt wrong. Something was missing. You got it – Laura was off 🙁 – aw well, at least she’ll be back next week when the team do breakfast for Moyles, who’ll be on a two-week holiday (lucky buggers).
Star Phone
The Star Phone changed hands this week as Charlotte Church passed the phone on to Heidi from the Sugababes while partying on Tuesday night. Miss. Church had already answered Scott’s persistent calls from a Tesco in Cardiff and from her nan’s house earlier that week. Heidi was unavailable to properly speak to Scott on Thursday – or did she just blow him off? (gmornin).
It was also known that Chappers is set to release a work-out video in time for Christmas and he apparently already filmed . Maybe this is another ‘Chappers and the photocopier at the Christmas party’ story.

Also this week, Scott’s been searching for people with actual celebrities as their answer phone, not off some tin-pot mobile phone ringtone company with voice impersonators though. We’ve had the likes of Mr. T, Paulo Di Canio and Craig David leave actual messages on people’s phones so far. And remember, on the off chance you see a minor celebrity – have your phone on hand.
Scott started by explaining he burnt a waiter with a fag when having lunch with Chris Moyles earlier today. Also, Chappers and someone on the show who doesn’t speak saw some famous people yesterday but were too shy to ask them to personalize their answer phone! They saw John Barnes off of football and Charlie off of Corrie… but no answer phone message… so no good.
Rate My Listener
Today on Rate My Listener, you can feast your eyes on Laura from Nottingham. She’s ‘sort of’ attached and her ideal man is Orlando Bloom and ideal woman is Sienna Miller. Oh yes and she wouldn’t tell us what size her boobies are. Just remember Rate My Listener gets better over the next two weeks as there’ll be a Celebrity Look-a-Like week and Rate My Listener in the Bath week.
Scott also gave hints for what he plans to do next week. He asked listeners to call in if you’re unhappy with your school dinners… more will be revealed next week. They’ll have another game, not Carpark Catchphrase, to play in a carpark too!
Daniel from the Majestic Cinema in Kings Lynn told us what’s available to watch this week (more like shouting down the phone) while Westwood seems to have left a lot of people answer phone messages.
Today, because it was Friday, Scott had the Wonder Years from 5pm.
