I was in a very bad mood this afternoon but today’s show really cheered me up. In my opinion one of the best shows in a long time.
You've Been Busted
Today’s you’ve been busted was absolutely hilarious, one of the funniest ever. It all started off on yesterday’s show, where Fred the waiter rang Scott saying that Chris Moyles off of breakfast came into his restaurant and left a measly 20p tip after having his meal. Most people thought that Fred was a bit of an idiot and it was suspected that he was lying about the whole incident anyway. Scott decided to take some action to bust Fred!
The Saviour of tips…
Chappers rang Fred pretending to be a journalist from The News of the World and got all the facts. He then told Fred that he could expect a few grand from the story. Fred sounded happy about the money because he is a student type! Fred told Chappers that Chris and his girlfriend came into Harry Ramsdens restaurant in London. Then Chappers told Fred that he was passing him over to the editor who would be able to discuss the fee with him. The editor was Chris doing the worst Irish accent ever. Fred didn’t even guess it was him! Chris then started haggling on the price, offering him two grand, then when Fred said he wanted two and a half, Chris offered one grand! Hilarity all round! Then Chris revealed it was in fact him and not the editor of The News of the World! Crazy! “What did I have?” asked Chris, “The classic fish and chips combo?” Fred hung up. Im not sure if “Fred” was in on this and knew what was happening but it was very funny, even in my bad mood this has managed to cheer me up no problem. This will go down as a classic mills moment.

Tip Tales
It was revealed that Jo Whiley is a big tipper indeed. She signed a bacon sandwich for a waiter in a ski resort and left it as a tip, she gave a ten pound tip in a restaurant and also left her baby in a burger king, but it turned out it wasn’t a tip she just forgot it!! Also Sir Alex Ferguson was a bit tight in a Manchester restaurant when he tipped the waiter a measly 30p in coppers. Typical.

Today’s your call featured Joss Stone, Energy 52 by café Del mar, The Game and their hit Dreams and The Scientist by those cheeky geeks Coldplay. Then some woman thought Scott was someone called Wayne! She was a bit strange. She requested Aniya day. After that Scott did some blatant advertisement of G3 mobile phones. Other songs people wanted to hear where Mario doing the cover of She will be loved by Maroon5, Oasis and don’t look back in anger, Queens of the Stone Age and a personal favourite of mine in the shape of Studio B I see girls. I wish I could see girls but they don’t like me! Sob. Anyway the most requested song of the day was James Blunt and the song to commit suicide to, Beautiful. It just beat Daniel Powter and his equally depressing hit, Bad Day.
On Hold
Today’s feature was a call to a debt consolidation company which loads of people had complained about. As Scott normally does he rang up and then said “can I put you on hold” duh duh duh duh duh duh! It’s a hilarious version of Shania Twain’s man I feel like a woman performed on some kind of rubbish keyboard. Other hits included Wu Tang Clan and Robbie Williams. “To adopt a chipmunk press 4” The woman on the phone then swore and hung up! It was great she sounded really annoyed!

As always Scott played his record of the week, which is Imogen Heap – Hide and Seek. What do you think of it? I think its rubbish but I just turn the radio down when it comes on. Someone asked about the star phone, and they basically don’t know where it is after Jenny from atomic kitten gave it to some random bloke at big gay out and now it’s got no battery so they will have to start again with a new phone. What a waste of a phone they could have given it to me!
