Live8 Tickets
Like the rest of the DJs Scott had three tickets to giveaway to those that registered online for Live8 (not Live Out). I registered, but once again no one wanted to know me. More sympathy please. Just incase you weren't listening to Radio 1, the chosen caller wins three tickets, but one of the three mates nominated to go has to answer the phone with a particular phrase. In this particular instance it was "the brown noise made me poo my pants". But it wasn't completely dull radio for those who didn't enter. During this, Scott accidentally faded up one of the callers:
Scott: "I hope your friend's listening"
Other caller: "I hope they're f**king not!"
Proof that this feature wasn't pre-recorded in anyway! Scott did then apologise for the "potty mouth" caller.

Caption Competition
Ooh it's like local radio isn't it. Scott had a photograph of Chappers from the Grand Prix, sporting a lovely pink hairnet, looking rather gay. The people at Radio 1 Online provided listeners with a form to fill in to send in 'hilarious captions'. Unfortunately that didn't go to plan. Neil on the telephone suggested "I'm Free!" and Dave suggested "where's the shower?” Ah tumbleweed passes there… Scott realised the competition clearly wasn't working and ended it there. 15 minutes later and they were still flooding in. It even meant Your Call requests were getting mixed up.
Afternoon Banter
43 people have sent Scott their dry cleaning bill for apparently pooping their pants yesterday because of the Brown Noise. It's clearly fakes. And yesterday Snoop Dog hung up on Colin and Edith before saying goodbye. Is he following the techniques of Mr Mills?
Your Call
Tonight on Your Call you could have anything apart on from Earth Bound by Connor Reeves as it's rated ‘R’ for Rubbbissshhhh. Laura has apparently been perving on the callers, and she took over one particular section of Your Call to speak to a gardener. So now we have Chappers looking for topless ladies, and Laura looking for topless guys. Public Service Broadcasting for you. Chappers' caller was Sarah, someone who's just left work and is a nurse still in her uniform getting hot and sweaty. She's about to take it off. Lovely. During Your Call, Pete Tong was next door with loud music on and Scott had to ask him to turn it down as if Scott was "his dad". Some good songs tonight including Jet. And finally one caller was apparently sunbathing in the garden. But it was actually raining, and she just wanted to get through to Your Call. Once again tonight's Most Wanted was Charlotte Church. She's a Crazy Chick. Although another popular was the ‘Brown Noise.
The Brown Noise
Scott: "One text comes in – 'Poor Charlotte she's set to go in at Number 2 on the chart this week.'"
One caller claims that The Brown Noise blew her car stereo, and all the electrics have gone off in the car. Nice car, but Scott refuses to pay for the fault.
Caller: "Ah right, I thought you were cheap"
Get Saskia Out!
Scott wants Saskia out of Big Brother this weekend. He reckons she's evil. Lots of texts then flooded in from listeners expressing their hatred of Saskia. Also Scott was trying out his Anthony impersonation:

Martin the Banner Guy
Speaking of Big Brother, the banner bloke Martin was on the line although Chappers reckons he's been a bit lazy recently. He was behind the making of the banners with "Eh? Dirty Boy!" and "Gaz-eee-bo" on it. Although the sign won't be so big this week because last time a large hairy lady behind him wasn't too happy about the size. This week Scott wants "I survived the brown noise" on the banner. Will it work? Find out Friday evening on Channel 4.
