Kesha joins It’s Only Bley Friday
The PR4L opened the Friday programme with listener messages, including a suggestion that Chris should return to the Batman arena tour as a supervillain called the Adult Baby. Chris briefly considered it before the team concluded that, given his limited options, he probably ought to take whatever role came along.
Kesha then joined Scott from Los Angeles. She spoke about leaving a haunted house in LA for Nashville, staying in a striking 1970s-style house while rehearsing for tour, and spending time in the jungle in Honduras, sometimes naked, where a hammerhead shark and barracudas made the trip less relaxing than it sounded.
Scott also asked about her hopes for We R Who We R in the UK chart, the biggest-selling status of Tik Tok and whether she would return to Radio 1’s Big Weekend. The conversation was gloriously loose, moving from celebrity parties to Dick Clark’s ball drop and the prospect of a trip to the New Forest.
