Come Dine With Me food names and SuBo Pops
Food was the day’s subject, beginning with Scott’s admiration for the need on Come Dine With Me to give a grand name to the most ordinary dish. Bacon and onions became “Crawian pig sauce”, and the team invited listeners to enjoy the same needless culinary inflation.
There were also MasterChef moments and a SuBo Pops breakfast-cereal idea in Oh! What’s Occurring?, played with Kutski. Scott suggested the podcast could be a useful tool for people learning English, although the programme’s made-up phrases and food language made that a questionable recommendation.
