After a performance in Bristol, Chipmunk met Scott and was pleased that the Radio 1 presenter knew and liked his work.
The following morning, Chipmunk’s brother — who worked for Virgin — phoned to say he was repairing Danny Howard’s car.
Chipmunk was amazed that two figures from the programme had appeared in his life within such a short period.
Grimshaw joked that Chipmunk’s brother was effectively doing public-relations work for him.
