The French versions of Homer’s “D’oh!” and Marge’s signature sounds become a running joke throughout the segment, with Scott repeatedly confirming that yes, it really is funnier in French.
The main feature revisits the earlier “How To Make A German Laugh” segment, where Scott and the team had called Germans and told them British jokes to see if they’d laugh. Now, a German radio station in Frankfurt called USM (where a presenter does a similar show) has decided to get their own back. Scott visited the station and the German DJ attempted to make an Englishman laugh with his own jokes.
