I see what you're saying - of course we all have our right to an opinion and so does Arielle but it was more about the way she said it rather than what she said as ladybarefoot posted above. It came across as rude/disrespectful and that's why I feel quite strongly about this. Also to say Charlie should loosen up and not make a thing about it is a bit unfair imo. Charlie can feel however she likes - no one can tell her otherwise as that's her feelings and she's entitled to them. If she felt offended etc then that's her right, you may disagree but no one can tell her how to feel/react.

Completely agree - it was an unprofessional way to express her opinion and Charlie had every right to react the way she did.

I think Arielle took it too far and as Charlie rightfully said it was a lack of respect to her. Charlie's shift of attitude was fair enough, it became less of a joke and more of a criticism of her music choices - I didn't find arielle's joke funny in the slightest and clearly neither did Charlie and I respect her for standing up for herself.
