Fresh from lifting the title at the weekend, 2026 World Conker Champion Frankie told Mark Goodier she hadn't trained at all before beating 250 rivals. "It was the most bizarre day of my life," she said, admitting she'd simply been "winging it" after demolishing her friend Mark Pugatch in round one.

The Monday pub quiz went to a father-and-son team playing from the car, with Chris and Sam from Lancaster scoring a perfect 5 out of 5 on the geography round, edging out travel presenter Kirsten O'Brien, who finished on 4. Chris got Liechtenstein's neighbour wrong before nailing Bath, Berlin, the equator and the River Clyde to take the win, with Sam dashing off to football training straight after.

There was an update from Owain Wyn Evans on his training for the Children in Need Four Nations Cycle Challenge, with five weeks to go before he tackles nearly 400 miles across the UK. A message of support from his husband Aaron was read out on air, telling him "you are honestly smashing it" as he keeps up his miles on an exercise bike in the studio.

Mark also ran down the most-streamed UK TV talent show winners' singles of the 00s and 10s, inspired by Hear'Say and Liberty X's reunion news. James Arthur's Impossible topped the list with 1.23 billion streams, ten times more than runner-up Alexandra Burke's Hallelujah.
