Not much happening in the world of Mills today, but luckily that doesn’t matter, as it’s only bley Friday!
Scott invited listeners to have a go at trying to provide their own only bley Friday attempts. Chappers was full of praise for their efforts, but Scott was having none of it.
Scott was also trying to prove that in the Live Lounge version of the new 30 Second To Mars single, that those little used instruments in pop work well over these songs. That includes the bassoon, the saxophone and the flute.
And tonight, Mills is going to be up until six o’clock in the morning tonight. Good morning. He’s getting involved in Y-vette Fielding’s Ghost Hunting show, with the Moyles breakfast team. He says it seemed a really good idea at the time, but he now realises how little sleep he’ll be getting this weekend. Has he not learnt from the last time Yvette tried to put the willies up her? (Even more good mornin’). She has told Scott he’ll be even more scared this time – but how does she know? Chappers reckons she has a talk with them before hand, perhaps over a coffee. But it’s not going to be the same without Derek “Mary Loves Dick” Acorah.
“Ghost Hunting With…” is a huge brand for ITV2, and has already been done with Girls Aloud. It’s sounding promising now, as Radio 1 are doing one, and there’ll be a Dingles special too. Riveting, let’s hope Lisa Riley is involved.
It’ll be Aled, Rachel, Dave and Scott that will be involved. Moyles and Chopper refusing to get involved – sensible men.
For Chappers and Scott, the discussion is bringing back bad memories about the Golden Fleece episode of Most Haunted. Scott claims he didn’t laugh in her ear, but as we all recall, he told us on the Honesty Game that he was the one laughing in her ear…
