Alright treacle – it's Ema! Scott's back so lets get on with today’s review.
Scott's back…
Yes he's back after suffering from “white-wine-itus” yesterday (we think he was really studying the football with his knowledge about Wigan FC). Chappers now thinks he has Scott's “white-wine-itus” (but he did go out last night and not get in till the early hours of this morning).
Chappers' Experiment
Number 9 is the exact experiment Chappers did. Remember if your doing the experiment always follow the safety rules which Scott read out on air. If you are under 18 have supervision from a parent or guardian, wear safety goggles, conduct the experiment in a spacious room and get a lot of paper towels! Laura's Diary
So yesterday on Laura’s diary Laura had been home from Uni in Glasgow to York to see her family and Ben her boyfriend. Ben had a friend called Jenny who Laura didn’t get on with and after leaving York she discovered a letter from Ben telling her that jenny was no longer talking to him. After returning to Uni she saw Alan once again and was going to go and see him. In this episode Laura was Back from Southside and when she got back she discovered sleazy Alan was waiting for her in kitchen because the fire alarm went off and Laura wasn’t there and Alan was worried and wanted to know where she had been. Laura decided to Get her friends Dave and (another) Alan to get Alan to leave who drank huge quantities of Milk. And if you were wondering what happened at Southside this is what happened – unfortunately the team were not able to tell us who Laura hitched up with because he is a well known person so lets just call him “Mr X” – in the near future you might be able to hear who “Mr X” is after the team clear it up with the show's legal team. Laura and her friends Lisa and Lynnne had a good night with “Mr X“ he used to be in [blank] they seemed to get on really well and went to the shed (which is a like bar place) Laura’s friends were embarrassing her by pretending to be Australian and were chatting up rugby players so that also meant that Laura got to stay with Mr x for the rest of the night. She even stayed at Mr X’s flat which was according to Laura dead posh and he had a good taste in music. But Laura assures us nothing happened.
Laura’s New Obsession
At the beginning of today’s show Scott told the nation about Laura’s new obsession with cleaning. Laura has been currently watching Anthea Turner's new Sunday night programme on BBC Three. Perfect housewife which gives you tips on how to become the perfect housewife. Laura added that Anthea teaches you how to fold a towel so you can carry it from room to room without it falling apart.
Scott's Sport Quiz
So on today’s 4.30 Newsbeat Chappers had a signed Wigan football to give away. And with his great sports knowledge Scott had to devise a question together. Scott came up with the original question “name 2 players from the Wigan team” and the winner was Phil from Wigan
Chappers' Revenge
Also on today’s show Scott received a call from Tanya who was having a bit of problem with her husbands mum. Her mother-in-law has been pestering her with all sorts of questions about when they are going to start a family, which was starting to annoy Tanya so she asked Scott if he could do anything about it. So once again it was time to bring in Chappers revenge techniques this time Chappers posed as part of the team from a new TV show “in and out” which was hosted by Lorraine Kelly. According to Mark Tanya and husband Lee were new contestants on the show and had conceived a baby. Mark was ringing to confirm the details about organising the studio for the birth. Tanya’s Mother-in-law was not happy with his and asked Chappers –
“Your not some kind of pervert are you?”
So Mark passes the phone to host Lorraine Kelly who tells Tanya’s mother-in-law that the show is sponsored by Ikea and part of the advertising deal with the company Tanya and lee were to call their new baby Ikea. And she also told her that Tanya’s idea celebrity birthing partner would be Robbie Williams but unfortunately he was not up for it. Thankfully in the end Tanya’s mother-in-law found it amusing and saw the funny side of it all.
