The crab prepares for one more dance
Scott returned to Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals for the final. Former contestants would appear together, and Chris wanted reassurance that the crab would be represented.
The full red costume could not fit the coordinated routine, but crab claws would appear repeatedly. Scott promised that viewers would still have something to point at on Saturday night.
Tinchy returns from the jungle
Tinchy Stryder visited shortly after leaving I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!. He said the lack of food was harder than expected and confirmed that the isolation was genuine: crew members covered their watches and communicated mostly through gestures.
His friendship with Michael Buerk had continued outside the programme. Buerk had even arranged strawberries in Tinchy’s hotel room after remembering how much he talked about them in camp.
Tinchy then played Innuendo Bingo. Jungle conditions had prepared him for discomfort, but not for Chris and a sequence involving hanging baubles, large flaps, Ian Holloway’s huge job and an adventurous curling move. He finished soaked and in need of another shower.
James is accused of cheating on a stranger
The train woman remained absent. Scott then read an email from somebody who had met James at his office party and seen him kiss another woman during the final song.
Listeners divided into “cheat” and “hero” camps, although James had never spoken to the train woman and therefore had no relationship to betray. He admitted that the party kiss had happened but still wanted to complete his original mission.
His final plan was to approach a man who sometimes spoke to the missing woman. The passenger might be a friend with contact details or a love rival who had already made the move James avoided.
A uniquely patient turkey expert
Chris found the British Turkey helpline and gave Scott a problem to read only after the call connected: “I’m stuck in my turkey.”
The adviser suggested soft butter to free his arm and reluctantly accepted water as another option, while warning that washing poultry could spread bacteria. She helped him locate the giblets, advised him to unclench his fist and eventually proposed asking a neighbour to hold the bird while he wriggled free.
Scott maintained the scenario for several minutes. The adviser never abandoned him, making the call funny but also unexpectedly educational.
