Beccy’s Bridgwater appearance becomes a masterpiece
The morning after Bridgwater’s switch-on, Scott replayed Beccy’s big moment and joked that she had now reached top-celebrity status, complete with the prospect of a photograph on the wall of her local curry house. The town’s Christmas lights were the perfect opening for a show that was already leaning hard into the season.
Later, Scott attempted to play S Club 7’s debut album as Danny Howard’s “masterpiece”, with elaborate fake praise from major musicians. Management stopped the broadcast before the plan could run its course, leaving listeners frustrated but giving the show another neatly ridiculous radio stunt.
