Listener Jay, who’s had a difficult year after her mother’s recent death, calls in to share her experience of Scott’s random act of kindness — a surprise meeting with the Sugababes at their studio.
Jay describes the emotional impact of losing her mother to cancer over the course of several months, and how Scott’s gesture meant a great deal to her during that difficult time. Scott had arranged for Jay and her family to visit the Sugababes’ studio, where the group performed four songs exclusively for them and spent time chatting.
