Just thought I'd welcome all the people who will probably be joining up here now that the fascist overlords at the BBC have shut down the daytime messageboard at the radio one site.At least there is some democracy and freedom of speech here!

I can confirm that starting on monday april 9 Scott will be filling in for Moyles on the breakfast show for 2 weeks.JK and Joel wil be doing drivetime for Scott thoise 2 weeks.

Moyles turns 33 a week on thursday as well

Word is that Scott and chappers went through half a dozen changes of underpants during filming of that show-hilarious viewing though!

Anyone have any idea? I know how old Scott is- 33 in a couple of weeks-getting old!

Maybe if he quits smoking he might look a bit more cheerful than he does in that pic!

Maybe when they finish thier stint on friday earlys they might get to do stand-in stints for other djs later in the year.Depends on how good they are I guess

Knowing Scott hes more likely to be spending the week somewhere very warm and sunny a few thusand miles away from the UK!

According to Digiguide Sara Cox is sitting in for Scott on drivetime the week starting monday february 19 while he takes a break.Do you prefer Coxy to sit in for Scott when hes away or would you prefer JK and Joel ? Onbalance I thin Id rather have Coxy

How likely do you all think it is that Scott wil get the breakfast show when Moyles gives it up ?He has to be favoourite for it lets face it.I know hes indicated he doesnt want to do it but if he was offered would he really turn it (and the money) down. it would seem that Vernon is too busy on tv nowadays to find the time to present h is own radio show.I wonder if he might be forced to leave radio one because of his other commitments.If so who do you think should take over his weekend slot?

Hi ,therre just joined the forum so thought I would say hello.Ive been a huge fan of Scotts for many years on radio one,and I thik that along with Chris Moyles is streets ahead of any other djs on the radio.I hope to be a frequent contributor to the forum in the months ahead.Hope I get to chat with Laura!
