Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sean Welby spent part of Tuesday's show cringing at themselves after realising they'd fumbled a potential exclusive. A clip went viral online showing Nicole Scherzinger, Mel C, Sheridan Smith and Rebel Wilson singing together for Wilson's new film Girl Group. The trio then dug out an old interview from a year ago in which Wilson all but handed them the story, talking about turning down a pantomime because she was "directing a movie right now." Chris admitted, "That was terrible for me," after realising he'd asked about the panto role instead of the film. They did, however, get Wilson to reprise her Pitch Perfect mermaid dance live in studio, which they're now hoping to turn into a TikTok trend.
Elsewhere, Sean caused a stir confessing his love of power tools – "give her a drill and she will build" – sparking a flood of texts from women backing him up, including one whose mum asked for a chainsaw for her birthday. Chris and Jordan also used the show to publicly challenge Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks to a paddle match, after Wicks appeared on the show the previous day.
Oscar winner Mikey Madison and Jeremy Allen White dropped by to discuss new film The Social Reckoning, with Madison revealing her dogs have appeared on the cover of Dogue magazine. David from Hull won £1,000 on the Bong Game, while Capital's Cash Call jackpot continues to climb towards £1.5million.
