Lloyd’s football segment largely became Scott and Lloyd laughing at Beccy, as the World Cup coverage continued to operate on its own rules. The show also tried to invent more subjects Ne-Yo could sing about.
Professor Green discussed haircuts, while clips from Chris and Dave’s alternative commentary threatened to send the programme in a very different direction. It was the kind of busy, jumpy summer edition the show did well.
