Much of Norwich's history is based around invaders and immigrants from Europe. Even post-Norman conquest Norwich became a Viking city and was then called Norvic. The name was very common in the mid 20th century and often included in company names and products.; less so today. Hence while there is no generally accepted name for Norwich folk, NORVICIAN is as good as any and appeals to us old codgers..
