I was feeling sneezy, so I took a hayfever tablet which I managed to choke on. The tablets are tiny, I feel quite pathetic but my throat is really sore now.
There's a digusting smell coming from outside, no idea what it is but it's not nice!

I want to do a 'latests posts in Your Views' sort of thing somewhere on the website. Not sure it's possible though. I think Your Views is seriously underrated, and needs to attract more visitors.
I do agree with you there, I voted for Your Views as my favourite thread in the UM awards. I like it because it's where everyone gathers together and it just so random sometimes.
Is there nothing like the text box on the R1 homepage you could use?

As much as I don't want to, I quite like this new record of the week. I can imagine it sounding really good if you heard it out on a Saturday night. Not that I'd know, I haven't been out on a Saturday night in ages. Bley work!

I'm starting to really like Kings of Leon. From their name, I didn't think they'd be like this at all. Does anyone else do that, have preconceptions of what a band will be liked simply based on their name? I asked one of my friends before and she thought the same thing.

Hmph, I wanted giant chocolate buttons from the shop but they didn't have any so I got malteasers instead. I've just eaten nearly half a bag and I feel sick now.

That is good to hear.
What annoys me about the weather is that it changes so frequently. One minute it's sunny, then half an hour later it's tipping it down, then it'll be sunny again. Just pick one type of weather and stick to it! Or rain at night when I'm sleeping!

Someone called up about this at work earlier, but the way it was described to me made it sound more like an accident. This isn't good at all. (I do like to state the obvious!)

For the past week or so, I've been feeling really fed up and grumpy. I think it's due to a few things: extreme boredom because hardly anyone is about at the moment, all the crappy weather we've been having and I think I've been having trouble adjusting to still being at uni over summer. Usually, I'm at home, chilling out in my garden, seeing friends and going to work. Here, the weather has been crap and I've still got uni work to do, so I've been stuck indoors a lot of the time.
Anyway, I woke up today and it was a lovely sunny day so I went and sat outside. Maybe it's all in my head... but I feel so much better for it!
I didn't get to sit outside for long though, because I had to go to work. Booooo! It's been really quiet at work recently, but that did give me a chance to do some reading for uni. John (the IT guy) entertained me for a bit, reading problems out of the problem pages of some crappy magazine and just generally being funny.
