That should be good, the fears one.

Scott has been the chart stand in for as long as I can remember back to the Mark Gooider, Wes and JK and Joel days.
It's either him or Greg usually. To be honest, I prefer him to Reggie.

Huw is on a Monday morning?! Unusual, but I like this a lot!
Well he's moved to daytime a bit more now hasn't he? But his slot after 12 on wednesday evening is good. So I don't doubt that he'll be bad on this one.

Re: "mr Taliban" No need for racist songs in this world.
I never said I liked it, just pointing out the simularties.

I volunteered for six months for my DofE.
Worst six months of my life.
Haha I only had to volenteer for three...

This whole job market thing is depressing.
My area is the hardest place fo 18-24 year olds to get jobs, and if I go to uni, I'll have a massive debt to pay off as well.
I hope Nick Clegg is just crying in a corner somewhere.

The chrous of Derulo's new sing sounds like part of the Mr Taliban song.
(don't judge me, my brother goes round singing it.)
He really didn't think that one through.

it must be such a kick in teeth to really talented singers/bands who struggle and don't get anywhere. I know, such is life, but really..... I've seen better buskers on the streets of Glasgow.
Like Jedward for example.
There was a really good busker when I was in Poole, and he was much better that Cher Lloyd, Jedward or any of the X Factor clones that just drift through the music industry.
I used to watch it, but stopped last year when I realised how crap it was.

As much as I want Chappers back, it's never going to happen
I do miss Chappers...

I got abuse on twitter by some fan, after I said she should be focusing on getting an education rather than launching a pathetic music career, and that people should text in generic abuse to radio one.
Never start an arguement with bieber fans. They get very bitchy...
-
I can't believe you lot are following her.
Not actually following, just had a look at her pathetic excuse for a campaign.
-
Just scrolling through the tweets, and she thanked @toby_larone for his support. Has no idea.
She just goes on about all her holidays to Austraila and Sechellyes. And the champange that she buys. That's no way to get followers.
-
Just listened to the song, and it truly is awful. Who thought that this rubbish should be allowed to be played on the radio? And who signed up Cher bloody Lloyd?
-
haha! Yep, our school song is 'mezzin.
Big up the chorus
Maidstonenses gaudeamus
Laudibus, et efferamus
Scholam nostram, quae oramus
Sempiterna floreat.
I have absolutly no idea what you just said there.

It says Sam Hall, but there's a picture of Chappers...
-
I thought it was that Sam Gold who was covering Dev's show?

Does everyone not have a school mag?
They started one this year, there's only ever been 1 edition. Its about four sheets of a4 stapled together.
Also, get you having a school song!
-
I LOVE your school.
Plus, you start at year 7. So does everyone else. I feel disadvantaged.
What year do you start at?
-
Am I just stupid or am I right in thinking that you don't have to pay for sixth form? Or do you? Does it depend?
If you stay on at sixth form, depending on how much your parents earn, you get a EMA (education manitance allowance) I think this is because it's not compulsary to stay on. But now they're making new rules so that you have to stay on till you're 18. My year is the last that can leave at 16 and get paid to stay on.

Everyone complains about the BBC, because it's linsense payer's money' and all that. But it's much better than anything in America, like the news coverage and that.
Also, if there was no BBC, there would be no Radio 1 meaning no Scott, and Matt Edmondson
-
Matt Ed is excelling at his current time slot, but it wouldn't transfer to daytime.
I thought Matt Edmonson was really good in Sara's slot. That's how I came to hear of him, and I think that really suited him.
But his slot at the moment is good

Eh? At least one language has been compulsory for quite some years now, when did that change?
We had to do French in KS3 but not for GCSE. But some of my friends at other schools had to do a language. I think it depends on the school.
-
I got told the other day that I would never get into uni because I haven't taken a language at GCSE. It was by a French teacher but still... And then they decided to raise the fees to nine grand a year. So if you go to uni, when you graduate you'll be in debt £27,000 and probably not get a job. Great.

I hope she doesn't go. I'll miss her and her many stories about food.

YES! He's really good
Now, he should get a record deal, not Cher Lloyd.
