Useless fact. For anyone else who has been wondering what 'Daisy Dooks' (Dukes) are, as mentioned by Katy Perry in this song. Apparently its a name given to very short cut off denim shorts, as favoured by Daisy Dukes, a character in 80s show 'The Dukes Of Hazzard'

Raising the retirement age to 66 sucks!! They want us to work till we drop dead so they dont have to pay out anything in pensions. It also means less opportunities for school leavers and new graduates, PAH!! :x

I hope all goes well. I 'inherited' a cat when I met my partner, now my wife. I wouldnt have had one out of choice but I must admit they do become a part of the family. He wasnt well a couple of years ago and I really felt so sorry for him, luckily he recovered. Best wishes........

Been listening to Moyles since 7 o' clock and all hes done is talk about the bloody world cup. I dont want to know, I dont care who wins. I wish it would end NOW. The world has gone mad. Its a bloody GAME, and not a good one at that. Roll on Christmas and frosty mornings, cant wait............ :grrr:

Yeah, I know and I dont want to sound like a killjoy and I'm not against it in principle. Its just all the hype that gets on my nerves like we should all be lapping it up. I've never been a football fan and I suppose I cant understand why people can get so whipped up into a frenzy about it......... :confused:

I'm sick to the back teeth of it already. Does it really matter who wins anyway? Is it going to change anyones life for the better? Sooner the better they go out and then all the stupid merchandise can be consigned to the bin for another four years. Lets get back to normal life which is a lot more interesting if you look a little deeper.
