I'm really dehydrated after spending all week in the swimming pool. Got a bad headache and drinking stupid amounts of fluids. oreo

Very. I've been up at half 6 every day this week and in the pool for 8am and not finished the course until half 5 to then have to go home and do my uni coursework and revise.

Passed my lifeguard exam today. Requalified for another two years now and to a depth of 4m this time

Jeesh I go away for a few weeks and the worlds going to end?
OK so....yes there is every possibility aliens exist. Evidence has already been found to show that there was probably life on Mars long ago and with the size of the universe the chances of being the only planet with life is infinitely small. I also believe that there is no danger of being visited/contacted by any aliens in any of our lifetimes so there isn't too much point in being overly worried about it.
As for the world ending in the year 2000 there were 42 days in which the world was supposed to end, 2001 had 13, 2002 had 5, 2003 had 4, 2004 had 4, 2005 had 5, 2006 had 15. Im fact so far there have been over 200 dates in which the world has been supposed to end and yet we are all still here so forgive me for laughing when I hear that once again the world will end. Yes it will end eventually but I dont think that will be until the sun dies out so we have a good 5 billion years or so to go.
In other words I don't think you have too much to worry about.

My boyfriend has had his laptop for about three years now and as a result is is falling apart. The battery no longer charges and it doesn't always connect to internet etc. He is looking to but a new laptop but as he is a student he cannot afford to buy one which is too expensive. He uses his laptop to play games on,watch movies,listen to music as well as do university work on(although he does have an external hard drive to use). I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites or laptop makes which he may be interested in getting.
I will post the specifications he is looking for later on when he comes back from his day out as I haven't a clue but any advice is welcomed.

My boyfriend has bought us tickets to go see the Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour dreamcoat when it comes up to Dundee at the end of the month. Its the west end production on tour so should be a good night.

Ill do a blog when I have time but uni restarted today and I already have way to much work to do. In the mean time pictures are in an album on my profile if anyone wants to look at them.

As most will be aware Scott was doing a gig at my union last night. When I introduced myself as being from here he recognised my from my posts on here and my mentions of meeting him. He has asked me to pass a message on to "the geeks".
He has been very busy recently but has not forgotten about us. He will post us a message soon but is still lurking in the meantime. He still loves us.

Boyf is back tonight. And Scott is playing in my union although not sure if Ill make it in to see him or not as boyf has been ill last few days.
EDIT: He is feeling better and wants to go in so looks like it will be a good night
