Scott Mills is set to appear on the new series of Celebrity Race Across the World.
The Radio 2 DJ took five weeks off the airwaves earlier this year to take part in the reality series, alongside his husband (and fiancé at the time) Sam Vaughan.
In the new series the stars and family pairs must get from Africa to the Arctic – by any means necessary.
While there has been no official confirmation from the BBC, Scott’s extended holiday this year led to strong hints that they would be doing the programme.
In a trailer, aired at the end of the normal series, it is Scott Mills’ voice that can be heard in the preview.
The Mirror has also reported other celebrities taking part as Kelly Brook and her husband Jeremy Parisi, Jeff Brazier and son Freddie, and Ted Lasso’s Kola Bokini.
A source told the newspapers: “Both Kola and Scott are fans of the show so jumped at the chance to take part.”
2023’s edition debuted in late September, with an expectation the 2024 series will follow a similar launch date.
