Scott’s former assistant producer, Beccy Huxtable, has been speaking about the time she was told she might have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) live on-air.
Writing in Glamour magazine she said she had tried to laugh off some of her ailments on the show, with Scott one day joking that “Beccy’s buzzing again.”
But one listener texted the show failing to see the funny side of her symptoms. They said: “This isn’t funny. It sounds like Beccy has multiple sclerosis.”
