Even those 4 very special people in the banner at the top have gone Christmassy: Scott has donned a red scarf; Chappers has turned into a reindeer; the one that doesn't speak has got white hair (whether this is a film reference or not, I don't know :confused:); and Beccy has turned into an elf. Not to mention the snowflakes on the background.

maybe if we compile a list of possible places (trying to exclude home towns as people would just vote for them... so many 4/5 places at most) and then figure a date for the city which gives people the most time to book at a relatively low price we'll be onto a winner.

Well I vote Bristol....
I think London would be the best bet, everywhere has direct routes there and the people who live a little further afield could possibly get cheap flights with ryanair/easyjet?

I think we should set a date first then find out who can defiantly make it, then base the meet location depending where everyone is travelling from.
If I remember correctly the north citys were short listed so people from Scotland could come with less travelling but in the end no one from Scotland went

Well admins can not view PMs on VBulletin without installing a hack anyway.
Unless something has already happened I wouldn't worry, just keep forum PMs for normal stuff any other information use emails.
