Scott Mills - The Musical

This information is gonna get lost in the other 'Scott Mills The Musical' topic, so here's actual practical information about the Edinburgh Fringe Festival!!

To obtain a programme, which costs £3.50, go to www.edfringe.com. Programmes are posted out around June 10th.

Actual hot tickets to stuff at the Festival appear to go on sale from 12th June '09, which can be obtained off the Internet, or by calling 0131 226 0000 (10 - 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday). Whilst searching the Site for Scott's show however, nothing appears to be there yet? Hmmm.

You can also join the festival's facebook or My Space! Woo!

Good luck, everybody!!!

It may be a feature on Scott's show, but as it will be an actual show at the real live Festival, it should be a case of calling the Fringe Booking Office, no?

Anyhow, Scott was on about not buying the tickets from touts this morning!! So, remember, no tickets from silly touts, out to fleece you!

Unless they chose to just randomly allocate it all to fans.

They'd better not. I want to go to this. I'm taking my mum. I never get to go to anything R1 related. :-(

This is the e-mail I have received from the Fringe Office in Edinburgh in my inbox this morning:

Hi Vivienne

We are unable to give out show details until the brochure has been launched which will on June 10th. If you would like to contact us at that time or we should be publishing the brochure on line at www.edfringe.com on that date.

Sorry that I am unable to provide that information from here at this time

I wrote a song to the music of scouting for girls' James bond which I was gonna use on the guru channel but then I realized the music to take that's shine was easier to play hense why that video is up.

So far it's sounding a lot like Mr G's musical in Summer Heights High:

I've dug out the piece of paper with the song I wrote on it. Listen to Scouting for girls Jame Bond when reading this for enhanced ability to picture my song.

Intro: Over a walkie-talky like in the original song:

Scott mills, Britain's finest DJ. Licensed to broadcast. Mixing records with banter.

I've got you on my iPod, it's you that give me thrills

Ever since last year I've wanted to be like Scott Mills.

Chappers by my side, I'd look good for thirty eight

find a "famous" comedian who could be my flat mate.

[Chorus]

So I wish I was Scott Mills, just for a month

Going to the pub eating cheese board for lunch

X2

I love unofficial Mills, would you say I've crossed the line?

I know Scott's favourite drink is a bottle of red wine.

This might sound slightly weird, don't take it the wrong way

but when you're off to radio 2 can I be your replacement DJ?

[Chorus]

I've seen you I've seen you I've seen you on the Bill

Why is Becky why is Becky why is Becky always ill?

I've seen you I've seen you I've seen you on the Bill

Why is Becky why is Becky why is Becky always ill?

I want to be you I want to be you I want like Scott Mills

[repeat]

[Chorus] X2

Oooohhh Greg James and Moyles and Jo and Sarah and Edith and Zane and maybe on day me
