Questions about the BIG WEEKEND!

Hello, I'm hoping to go to the Big Weekend but i have some questions and wondered if someone could help me?

How secure will our tents be? meaning will there be stewards patrolling etc?

What kind of food facilities will be there?

Will we need to bring our own water? will we be able to get water there?

Will there be a first aid tent?

What time should we get to mote park? early on the 10th or late on the 9th?

if someone could answer these, it would be most appreciated!

As much as we'd love to have answers to all these questions, we don't. But we'll give our opinions on them.

Yes.

I read that as the tents the performances are in. But if you mean camping, there's no camping. You'll need to book accommodation elsewhere.

There's usually lots of food stalls like your typical festival.

Bring your own water, but there'll be lots for sale. They'd be silly not to. Just bring plastic bottles.

Will there be a first aid tent?

Fo' sho'. I heard it's not as exciting as the other tents though.

Depends where you're coming from. Things won't kick off till around midday on the 10th though.

Will we need to bring our own water? will we be able to get water there - There will most probably be free water available just ask one of the stewards or overpriced bottled water wil be available. I'm not sure if you will be allowed to take your own drinks in but if so then glass bottles probably won't be allowed

Will there be a first aid tent? This is the BBC there will no doubt be several and they'll be more fun than watching The Hoosiers, Scouting for girls(if they are playing of course)

if someone could answer these, it would be most appreciated!
