I'm unsure how old they are, but Greg would've been 21 when he joined Radio 1 in 2007.

Cel Spellman was 19 when he started Sundays I think, not sure if he was the youngest though

I think when from wiki that BBC Radio 1 did a regional Radio 1 Wales think Huw started particularly young then. When looking it up just 17. Cel was the youngest I can name doing it nationally not on any opt-out service.

I did a google and Scott Mills was the youngest person to have done a mainstream commercial station permanent show. Hats of to his relentlessness and ambition from a young age to at 16 get on a station which is now folded into the capital fm radio station network.
