Potentially... I remember what it was like in the THREE weeks up to MDNA release. Spamtacular.

At least I don't write about her as you do. As a "desperate old hag". If things were that bad, why do so many people around the World flock to see the Shows. And, if you view @guyoseary's tweets (her Manager), you would see many fans look very young?!

Did you know, she flashed her boob in Paris at the weekend? Rock on!!

Of course, you are probably one of the people at the playlist meetings, who feel the need to ban her, and fill the playlists with trash = Florence (just one example).

It is NOT trash. "Turn Up The Radio" is very catchy. And "Gang Bang" has a COMPLETELY new sound.

And "Masterpiece" is as the title suggests.

Of course, I should imagine you have judged and not even listened to a track.

I've listened to the whole album to give it a chance, and just so I CAN have an opinion on it*, and compared to her older stuff, yes it IS trash. and where have I ever said I like NDubz, and other recent chart shit like Carly Ray Doofer? You know so little if you think I like these, and admittedly MDNA is better than that, but that's like being better than nothing.

*so of course you've listened to Ceremonials? One or 2 songs maybe, but not the whole album, this is obvious. Spotify is a wonderful thing and that's where I listened to an album BEFORE deciding whether I like it or not.

I could almost suggest you have turned topic into a spam topic, because if you had not replied to the Madonna comments, I would have left things alone. As it is, you have to have your standard issue hisses and fits.

personally, I buy M albums WITHOUT listening to a single track. But then, track record tells me they will be good, and I don't need to investigate first.

** I could also suggest that it may simply not be your tastes, and listening would have made no kind of difference?!

Yes but you obviously don't give other artists a chance. I at least gave MDNA a chance with an open mind before deciding I didn't like it, you haven't given either of FATM's albums the same, this is obvious. I'm bored of you now.

Finally listened to 'spectrum'... And guess wot, i don't like it. Once again, those howling noises are in it. in other news, scott is looking for people who can be a the Fringe in edinburgh from their house via webcam. so, if you have a special talent, email or tweet scott. also, there is a youtube video of olly murs falling down some stairs. i cannot get fully online to look for it, but maybe someone else can find it?! pls don't embed.

      Agreed, Martha seems to quietly taken over as host of the Tuesday Bass and Big Beats show that Annie Nightingale did would be good to have some promotion to be done for her show. Agreed with this on bank holidays on a Radio 1 dance day inpaticular would be quite good to have Sarah Storey, Jaguar, Jeremiah Asiamah, Charlie Tee and Martha presenting. I always felt that in Christmas and New Year previously having Victoria Jane to do a Future Soul take over playlist.

      Peak radio 1 ! I agree with Bluestraw there was huge presence by specialist presenters then , certainly something I think radio1 could do more of now. Remember the takeover where specialist DJs would swap into main shows for a week? Or do we recall In New DJs We Trust, the competition on Chris moyles show where the winner would get a DJ set at radio 1s Ibiza weekend, and that is how Danny Howard’s radio career starters

      Yeah. He started on R1 in the late 90's when they used do the 'Sessions in the Nations' where they used to split for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. He then moved to daytimes, firstly on weekends in 2003 then they replaced Mark & Lard on the mid afternoon slot in 2004.  Then he moved to late evenings as a specialist DJ.

      Where do we think Radio 2 in the Park will be this year? Personally I'm thinking Swindon after Scott's clue of it having many roundabouts and since Big Weekend is at Luton I can't imagine they'd go to Milton Keynes.

      Now in it's third week, the new Capital Breakfast Show seems to be settling down well and there are more of the informal, random Jordan topics appearing.  Though it is clear he wants to be seen slightly differently. It really is a very decent listen.
