Love AI not understanding sarcasm or humour with taking the captions mentioning Sam as a 'husband' in the socials posts as literal

I used to love ‘At Home with Vick and Jordan’. It was nice to hear the best bits of the show like the Scott Mills daily along with them chatting about stuff after but I stopped listening after Jordan left. I guess the stopped it after Vick went on Maternity leave.

Daryl Jenkins Dixon is on the Indie show, yes she's done it before but she's still relatively new to Radio 1. Nathan X is back aswell on the Drum and Bass Show.

Since the original press release says it's across the 3 stations (Radio 1, Radio 1 Anthems, Radio 1 Dance) I'm guessing there will be some specialist shows on Radio 1 taken by the 'Up and Coming' presenters, then some daytime stuff on Radio 1 Anthems since the schedule from 26 Dec - 31 Dec is the yearly based anthems scheduling with no named mentioned yet. Since Radio 1 Anthems is on DAB it makes sense to put the constant anthems programming on there instead of on Radio 1, so anyone wanting to listen to the new presenters can. Plus anyone wanting to hear a relatively consistent schedule can tune into Radio 1.

For me it's got to be the Girls Aloud prank. Such a genius idea and excecuted so well. I'll always remember the weird calls they got from people thinking they were speaking to actual Girls Aloud members. The Livestock Lounge also comes to mind for being absolutely insane and memorable. Randy Mandy is also a personal favourite moment too. My favourite ‘era’ has to be the Chappers and Laura/Beccy drivetime era so anything from there will just live with me forever.

It's definitely not true. The only source of this is this wikipedia (the source it quotes on there doesn't even exist), and why would multiple Radio 1 DJs broadcast on a local community radio station in Sterling, Scotland that has RAJAR listening figures of 39,000. I can't believe people on here are even entertaining the idea that this is real.

Mark Goodier’s Most Played from 2-5 is now listed as being ‘summer songs’ and is a chart of the biggest summer songs in the 21st century. 5-7 is still not confirmed what show is happening on the schedule

Aled was more of a producer than presenter, he did do the Surgery but was a producer on The Chris Moyles Show and contributed as a presenter like how producer Tom or Amy contribute on Greg’s show. Since Matt’s main role is a presenter I think it would be unlikely for him to become Radio 1 Controller since his main focus at Radio 1 isn’t production like Aled’s was.

I really can’t see Greg or Matt as a Radio 1 Controller, it’s usually a producer who goes to the controller roles, having a presenter would be weird. Also Greg is really passionate and clearly loves being on the radio so taking a break wouldn’t be expected. Rickie and Melvin wouldn’t really work on a Radio 2 extension (if that actually happens) in my opinion since it’ll be based around older music like 50s/60s/70s so it would be someone like Gary Davies, Tony Blackburn or they’re get a commercial presenter to come back to host. Sian Eleri would probably go to Radio 2 at some point, maybe taking over Radio 2 Unwinds on a Sunday? With Dermot doing an Alternative Sounds of the 00s show it would be interesting to see when a Sounds of the 00s show will appear on Radio 2, and maybe we’ll see someone from Radio 1 move across to host that. Sounds of the 80’s started in 2013 and Sounds of the 90’s in 2020 so around 2027 would be the time to start a 00s based show on Radio 2, especially with Radio 1 20’s being launched this year. Sara Cox moved across from Radio 1 and hosted SOT80s and Fearne was only at Radio 1 a few years prior to SOT90s launch.

Since Radio 1 Dance and Anthems have been allowed to broadcast on DAB, do we think they’ll be a proper schedule of shows like on Radio 1 Dance with the morning show and Dance Anthems at drive time. Maybe Lauren Redfern, Tyler Selby, Chrissy Cameron or Matt Hallsworth will be scheduled on named shows like Hits Radio 00s or Capital Anthems rather than the generic ‘Radio 1 Anthems’ show. Obviously it would probably cost more to produce actual shows on the station however.

I think OJ will be saved for covering Breakfast since he’s done a few on odd bank holidays
