My plan with my bike is once get bit fitter go further, if do well enough may even cycle to work. Very long distance goal would be time to come home by time got there if tried now

Did that for quite a while early in morning and last thing at night, think you prob get just as much exercise playing tennis,sword fighting and boxing lol

I never did it myself but you do it over 5-7 days about 28 miles a day

Thought of the idea other day after something Beccy said,tweeted Scott it. Maybe see if can persuade Vernon to get Scott to do it lol:D

Given dogs 2 walks today in the fields so thats a start lol If Scott gets involved maybe 1 year could do miles with fans by relay from one end to other or more likely coast to coast. People prob still do Blackpool to Scarborough, imagine could do other places.

I am planning on getting fitter main thing for me is getting routine going, then not missing days. If i miss couple of days harder to get back into it lol My rough plan hoping to start monday early morning cycle followed by some weights prob repeat when get home from work. Am somewhat time restricted in the morning so may end up having to get up earlier but see how it goes:)

I need to get fit not really to lose weight but stuck at desk all day at work doesn't really help.

Could be that but lot of videos they put up are quite short, like Scott's miles from hell. Can understand why they do short ones but should also make longer ones available as well:D

Am always up at 5:45am so was nice to listen to whole of Scott's show in 1 go as day off work today. Have an old work mate who lives down in Rotherham had heard about the Xmas didn't surprise me but didn't hear about how big it was. Did snow in July once before was on way to pub when started snowing!! Prefer Beccy reading the chart to Chris and Dave:)

changed battery in my mobile and she is back!going to have to listen again to hear it.would have thought they could drag in westwood once realised was her!
