  1. I don't think that guy got that scott was being sarcastic when he was bragging about how many men he'd had....
  2. I think its more because sarah kennedy has gone and they can do what they like to the schedules now without her throwing a massive strop.
  3. I think chris addison said once that ed miliband always looks like someones just shoved something up his arse. Now everytime I see him, that's what I think.
  4. if the photos look that crap, they'll be telephoto and cropped, so far away. that or taken by a handheld.
  5. this is gonna be interesting, given that only 3 sites have picked up on it, the only mainstream one being digispy, which repeated the mail story. Although it is a saturday, however I reckon most sites still operate. There's also this strange thing that some guy posted on cm.net on friday morning about sophie, and then the story appeared that night. If I was a suspicious sort, I'd be thinking that some hack from the mail posted fishing for information from the people posting on cm.net, rather than listening to 17 1/2 hours on the iplayer. If nothing appears in the sunday papers, we can possibly assume that the majority of the story is a fabrication given that nobody else touched it, there's no solid evidence in the story apart from "some friend" and something is not quite adding up. Then Monday's show will be damn interesting, cos I reckon posted too soon: http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/showbiz/xs/963952/Radio-1-motormouth-splits-after-eight-years-with-Sophie.html
  6. there was a time simon mayo covered after chris evans had his strop. According to wiki: In January 1997, Mayo made a brief return to the breakfast show for three weeks when Chris Evans was dismissed, but both Mayo and Radio 1 ruled out the possibilities of a permanent return to the programme. On his first morning as breakfast stand-in, he read out an email from a man who had emigrated to New Zealand four years earlier and had arrived back in the UK that morning, and was "delighted to hear you're still doing the breakfast show".
  7. I think it's kind of important that people like Mills are around who don't make a big deal of being gay or extremely camp. It helps break down the notion that there's a big difference between gays and straights. As for the uganda thing, this is not just limited to uganda, it's a pan africa thing. The wierdest thing though, is that in places like Malawi, you see lads walking down the street holding hands, or linking little fingers. They're not gay, they're just friends.
  8. Explains stuff that was happening on Moyles this week "Dave who at radio 1 likes ellie goulding the most?"
  9. part ofthe reason it's called "the chris moyles show with scott mills" is to stop anybody reading the schedule or turning on thinking that chris has got the sack or that the schedule has changed without them knowing. Cos people are idiots.
  10. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00pckt3/The_Chris_Moyles_Show_with_Scott_Mills_21_12_2009/ it's always up on the main iplayer pages before the radio 1 site. I've been listening to this for about an hour and a half. Just go to iplayer -> radio 1 -> schedule. They're sometimes crap at getting it up, usually takes around 40mins.
