I got it as a present.... and i'm thinking the same as you... I couldnt believe my eyes when I got that! Mind you, apple stuff is great and the battery is heaven. 9 hours!

You're not the only one. I really can't understand why you can see the presenters in the studio on a still cam, but the live camera you can only ever see on the Radio 1 logo! Its ridiculous, and they havent done any visual radio for an age now. And i've turned my bluetooth off on my macbook pro too, did it two months ago and realised that it stayed on for another hour!! Mind you I cant complain if i'm getting 8 hours without flash, not many other laptops have that. Worth the 1,499£ !!

Its the same on mine - i've got one of those new macbooks which are meant to have like 7 hours of battery - but on flash it's more 4-5 hours.

Just makes me laugh the way how they can't even get the news right....

I think that's completely down to the fact that all the shows before 10pm are pre-recorded, too...

Fearne and Reggie should be on TV more - but I think people need to give fearne more of a chance. Radio 1 have put her there because she is the right age for the listeners, but maybe she seems to gossip a bit much. The only other problem I have is that she isnt in very often, considering she has been gone now for three weeks.

Im pretty sure its them - but i dont think there will be a whole refresh on station sound, they have brought in those new IDs recently which I think are here for a while

it's mainly where the newsreader takes 20 seconds to realise the news music is on and need to read the headlines!!

Huw's show is great - it's much more intresting!
