haha this is funny

Is it just me or was today the worst radio there has ever been? I really don't understand the fuss over JLS. Sure they can make pop music but they get so much exposure as if they're interesting, funny, and just good to talk to. I don't even know what they were playing at today. It was as if they weren't even being theirselves or putting an act on and it was just absolute car-crash radio. Their patter was boring and tedious and listening to it actually made me angry, I turned it off after 10 mins. Was it recorded as well? If so then what were radio 1 playing at by airing it?

I actually don't mind the dizzee rascal one, viv. The one that pisses me off right now is the one that samples imogen heap's hide and seek, it's a brilliant song which has just been ruined completely. And worst thing is, they always play it when i'm out anywhere in town, like every night, bloody annoying.

I think it's quite silly that riverside is actually being released as a single. It's kinda crappy.. it was good when we were on holiday in tenerife this summer but it doesn't sound right on the radio. And "Riverside... let's go!" doesn't have the same ring to it as "Riverside motherfucker!" And the rappy bit is crap. Ah wellllllll!

Hehe yeah, Kingtuts is an awesome venue, been there several times in the last few months, seen bands called sucioperro and general fiasco Nice wee bar there too. You're a nice mix of nationalities

Sweet. Can't wait, a me and a few mates are gonna go up if we manage to get tickets. Stay in glasgow, so it'll be like £15 for the train. Dunno what we'll do after it, maybe just stay up all night and catch the first train home, i've got no idea when the last train from edinburgh to glasgow is on a weeknight. Chances are thousands of people will apply for tickets with no intention of going, so i dunno if we'll manage it. Did they say something about being able to get tickets up there? Might just go up early in the day and try to get tickets.

I've been listening to the show for around 2 years now, it's amazing. But my favourate feature on the show was always the flirt divert, it was just the funniest thing i'd ever heard on radio. Are they maybe saving clips up at the moment and they'll bring it back? It would be awesome, we should start a rally to get flirt divert on again regularly.. or even irregularly. Starkey
