(y) that's correct. The exception is that the SiriusXM Hits 1 Weekend Countdown is not affiliated with the Billboard Music Chart. SiriusXM gets it's chart from it's calls to 877-MY-HITS-1, tweets, and the opinion of the "What-Chu-Want Crew" (worst name ever.) SiriusXM has noticed many trends taking off from the UK like Adele and Taio Cruz recently and want to capitalize on finding the new hit sound before anyone else. Smart idea imo! It has it's ups and downs, just like any chart. It all depends on your opinion.

Sirius Hits 1 is the most listened to channel on Satellite Radio (behind Howard 100) that just plays top 40 hits one after another, just like 20on20. On the weekends Hits 1 plays the "SiriusXM Hits 1 Weekend Countdown" which is also one of the most listened to shows on SR. That will be direct competition to the Official Chart.

Heard the advertisement on a different SiriusXM channel: <will upload="" advertisement="" when="" my="" show="" is="" finished="" recording=""></will>... will add the advertisement once my show is finished recording. This is an interesting move. 20on20 has a very large listener base which makes me wonder how it will do against Sirius Hits 1.

Hey everyone, I have drifted away from Radio 1 in the past little bit, but when I was listening to my Sirius radio I heard many channels airing an advertisement for Chris Moyles, talking about his show on Radio 1. With all of the speculation that he is in talks with SiriusXM (the new merged company) it wouldn't surprise me if the execs are gearing up to get people familiar with his name & show. The advertisement is running on: Sirius Stars Sirius Stars Too COSMO Radio Doctor Radio I'll try to see if I can record it whenever it pops up. It's nothing that you haven't heard before: "Hi it's Chris Moyles from the world famous BBC Radio 1 with the breakfast show" etc.

It doesn't look like Howard is going to renew his contract. Plus Sirius would put him on an xL channel (one which is uncensored) that could be a big change to the show, which would be much more interesting and entertaining :]

Most of the UK proxies which I have tried remove flash :l Oh well! You would think when you broadcast on Sirius in CANADA and the UNITED STATES that we would be open to viewing content. Oh well...
