So it's only the R1 charidee campaigns you support? All of the other 'helpless' people without the backing of R1 can just go hang?

Anyhow I forgot to mention, most remiss, that Timsk and his mustachioed team raised almost £2,000 for prostate cancer awareness. The tache went a while back.

Not THAT recently, I dont think. They do tend to talk about her a lot though Franzi.
Me neither Mr D. 'Cos she was flipping late. Was looking forward to it too.

This is a very stupid programme, packed with incredibly shallow individuals. However, as pointed out previously, Paddy is a genius. He makes it watchable, and amusing. I do feel a little bad laughing at the contestants; but then again, they have chosen to be there.

Dear Kizmok, where can I read your blog?
Have a look at the 'Kizmok's having a baby' thread. I've bunged a couple of links to her Scott encounters on there. Bienvenido btw.

Many of the half hour comedy shows/quizzes you see on the BBC started on Radio 4. Some of them, perhaps even before you were born. It's pretty surprising though, when you realise a programme you're watching actually came to fruition on the radio.

You were nominated for Best looking female and Geek to meet.
Yeah, I'd definitely have voted on that category.
Best Blog might've been a thought too...
-
Ooh not a mention....
Oh yeah I've been missing nearly all of 2010. Thats what getting lost in the wilderness gets you! =P
At least you were nominated as UM bitch . Welcome back, you.
Thank you very much to everyone who voted for me. When do our medals arrive Tom?

Eeeeeep! Am I being obtuse, or does this mean what I think?

I really haven't enjoyed having Zane on breakfast I'm afraid.
Whilst I think he's absolutely fabulous at 7pm, he really isn't my cup of tea at 7am.
I also like Annie Mac very much, but again I feel she is far more suited to an evening show.
Huw can do no wrong in my eyes. He's been doing a fantastic job. He has an excellent taste in music, he also appears to work very well as both a day-time and a night-time DJ.

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday Helen. Hope you have a lovely day.
PS. Is the picture above an actor off of the IT Crowd?
-
Happy Christmas to everyone on UM. Hope you all have a really good one.
-
Although Timsk's family are truly lovely, as is his mum's house. I know we're going to have an absolutely amazing Christmas, but I can't help missing the rest my own family at this time. Pop in Malaga, bro in London.

(obviously ignored the "Jono is not eligible for lifetime achievement" bit of the rules...)
One simply *does not* disagree with our Kelly though. 'Tis dangerous territory!
I'd like to add Nikki to category No. 7. Sorry I missed you out lovely, and Mitchell to categories No. 1 and 7 please.
I knew I shouldn't have bl**dy well started with this!
Edit: Dammit! I've missed off Rob from No. 7, and Mike!!!
Soz.

Fearne (who was named after a plant, fact fans)
...and apparently had dyslexic parents. Holly is named after a plant too, fact fans.

Thank you very much for all your Birthday wishes. I had some lovely messages on Twitter and Facebook too. Had a quiet day yesterday. Got a fabby new mobile phone from Timsk. Had duck for dinner. T'was all good.
-
Happy Birthday Franzi. Hope you've had a fantastic day.
-
I'll bring you your meals on wheels then, shall I? You are talking rubbish dc. I think it is pretty clear from even what I see on UM that you are popular with the ladies. Plus you also have a hot car! Winking smiley. You WILL find someone nice. Sounds cliched, but maybe you aren't looking in the right places?
Right. I'm off back to Englebert. The sad part is I'm not joking. I just felt the need. I've had a HARD day you know.

This stupid woman should certainly be fined for wasting police time. They have far too many students to be chasing atm for this sort of idiocy... (irony intended).
As for cats in bins. Someone around here put our last cat in a bin. She was a lovely tiny old thing. Unimaginable behaviour. Thank God she was found. I'd like to think our new cats Arty or Pia (youngsters) would scratch the eyes out of anyone who tried out this kind of a stunt on them!

The comments below this article in the Mail are even more scathing than ours are on here. Seriously though, what was this deluded women thinking of when she wrote this?

Wishing you all the very best on your 21st Ems. Hope you have some suitably good plans for today. Enjoy yourself lovely. xx

why would Scott lower himself to this, i didn't know he was that desperate
He's not actually in the jungle. Now that would certainly seem desperate. He's got a nice little cushy number, as Moyles pointed out the other day. He's only on the commentary panel.
Flight to Australia, watch a bit of crap on telly in a top class hotel (we all know Scott's rather partial to doing this on holiday), bit of sunbathing, then 1 hour of talking about aforementioned crap TV. Oh, and he gets paid too.
That'd suit me down to the ground

Oh, is that poor Pearl? Get well soon Pearl.
I'd like a nice chest of drawers for my B-day and Christmas, as I still appear to be living out of a suitcase, and the cats get hair all over anything I leave out.

The one grandma I have left is 98 and mainly speaks Swedish, so I don't think she'd be much use I'm afraid.
Happy Birthday John!

Many happy returns John. Hope you're enjoying yourself in a suitable/unsuitable manner.
