    Just wondering id anyone knows who is the current station voice. Since R1 Breakfast launched with Greg, his female VO seems to have moved to the full station voice gradually, although there is still quite a bit of older stuff on air to. 

    Is she in house? There seems to be daily updates for the breakfast show that's all

    Thanks for the timings. I like the intro, not amazing but i do prefer these two voices to the 'Chris Eubank/Andi Peters' sounding man.  Too much production can sound a bit gimicky i feel.

    Hi guys,

    A while back Radio 1 did some feature or competition about films and the bed music was a bond theme with the top on the bed beig a montage of other bonds themes. Im sure ive seen a clean version of this on one of the audio websites somewhere but now i cant find it!

    Does anyone have a copy or know where i can find one?

    do you think that means there will be new format to the jingles, e.g. instead of a ramp in with the "Listen watch share" cutting in, could it be like how it was before the 2007 package where there was as much or as little time as needed to introduce the news, or even a straight in without any intro, like on 6 Music?

    Either way, looking forward to replacing these ageing dull ones at last!

    Possibly as dont forget they share the news with 1Xtra and have to hit the bed intro at a certain time. It would make sense to have something a bit slicker

    It's funny this thread is going on at the moment- I'm not 100% sure, but I think there might be a new female voice over on the way. Have a listen to this, especially the "one" at the end of the ID. It doesn't sound like the normal female VO, so could she be replaced soon? I've heard her doing the "one" on one of the top of the hour song-ramps (those songs with the extended intro they play as the third song each hour) as well.If she is about to be replaced, it could be why they don't play as many sweepers at the moment (there are virtually none with One Big Weekend live tracks at the top of every hour).

    Isn't this 'one' just an edited version of Holly? It sounds similar to her, they are using editied versions of old voiceovers now and again. Louis Mellis is constantly used as a 'one' voice

    Hi everyone,

    I hope someone can help, i used to have a list of the old station voice names but i cant seem to find it now. Does anyone have this information, i know David Cameron Walker, Jodie Latham and Holly Meyrick but thats it.

    If anyone can help, that would be great
