Yes. Today I have had to change my password because of "filtering" (admin.) and my password was NOT recognised, my neighbour now hates me (because I won't have nookie with him), and my supervisor is a prick who just ticks boxes and does nothing.

They need to quit the ageist bullshit, bring back Moyles, quit bringing in people like Dan + Phil (or whatever their names are). So far, the station has lost the plot on such a scale, it will already take a LONG time to recover from it. And actually maybe consider BARRING their DJs from TV, forcing them to concentrate on improving their radio shows.

Fuck off. Last night's "Apprentice" was mental. I think the correct person was fired. Basically, the teams were sent to Dubai - the project leader who was fired had actually LIVED in Dubai for over a year, yet knew nothing about the place really?!? Where DO they find these people?? The hotels in Dubai are to die for... WOW.

God. You have to laugh at the fact it is the over 55+'s causing so many problems. They really should be getting back to pushing "new music", which I am afraid ALL listeners will want to hear, regardless of age. There is nothing better than switching on sometimes and thinking: "God, that is beautiful" when you hear a new tune. I read a rather interesting post on cm.net.... someone (Crystanthemum) has the idea that the station deliberately chose Nick to get rid of the "oldies", which he has achieved (to a point). Then, he thinks R1 will shortly employ a more suitable DJ as a replacement for Grimshaw. An interesting theory.

He is, indeed, one of the station's biggest talents, but I really doubt he would touch R1, or they would touch (re-employ) him in the future. I can't help but think (as well as the "ageist" stuff) his rants about not being paid, etc. have not helped.

Had a meeting with an annoying cow. Arrived early (hoping to get away early) - it worked, but she wasn't happy about it. Discussed a lot of crap and basically she was no help whatsoever, and kept yawning like a loon. Jesus, when someone comes to a meeting at least try and look awake.

He is a competent man, but his Show lost the edge some time back, when R1 started to lose the ability to be controversial, to push buttons, to have rants, and do all the things we loved. I think it is about more than just gearing the Shows to a younger audience...... R1 also assume that younger audience are quite thick (and they are wrong).

I would go with "James" - at least he is halfway engaging. As to the Cotton...... NO.... NO.... NO.... She will NEVER be in brekkie. Or if she is, the Station may as well stick itself in the Thames. ** ** no offence (whilst being v. offensive) :hahaha:
