Will life hacks still be presented from Manchester? If so another reason for them to both leave the show with Katie being London based now.

Will you please give it a rest. You’ve totally bombarded this site with your opinion over the last few days. You’ve got a point of view, we get it. Now please let people get back to enjoying the forum. 

I second the praise of Chris Sawyer - he is fantastic, possibly the best producer they've got.
On another note, I'm gonna point out something that will annoy you all and you'll never be able to un-notice it. Maya Jama has delusions that she can sing, and she seems to do it in every single link. She seems to think that in the absence of any real wit, singing is a way of being funny. It isn't. It's annoying.

I don't think any of us are a fan of the Greatest Hits anymore, are we? It was great in September to mark the 50th birthday, but now it is just boring. As I have said before, Radio 1 are dedicating 8.5 hours a week to the Greatest Hits. Too much in my opinion, and some of the song choices included are questionable too! 

I really enjoyed MistaJam covering for Greg particularly on The Official Chart Show. He sounded so slick and it really came across that he was hugely honoured to be hosting the Historic show. Also enjoyed the fact he did his own feature on Thursday between 6-7 replacing the Ten Minute Takeover. It was a way more enjoyable experience than Dev. Perhaps Dev's days are numbered at R1? Or he was just in a can't be arsed to cover again mood (I wouldn't blame him)

Maybe he will become the new weekday DJ if someone moved on? or looking to get him on R1 and someone like Jordan or Cel on 1xtra
Hes been on R1 xtra for some years, maybe they are trying him for a new breakfast or drive host
Maybe just that Dev is busy?

Interesting to see him doing more weekday cover.

God he has an irritating voice. Sounds so forced and unnatural. Reminds me of when Chris Moyles does his wacky deejay impression.
